Aug'08. Just spent 5 days with Royce. We had room 202 with one queen and one single bed. We will stay here again next time we are in Nelson. Room is very good ( the hand basin in the room was handy but was noisy when the one next door was being used - Royce is looking into this ) , heater in room was welcome, the kitchen /dining room is very good ( but may get crowded if the place is full), the bathrooms (several) are excellent ( heated floors no less) and Royce is an excellent host. Location is excellent ( very near main streets - Trafalgar and Hardy - for cafe's , shops. Car park next door is useful $3 per day. Nelson in winter is excellent - great people ( market,sat morning)
