Bought my bike from Rocket Bikes Lyall Bay. The bike is great. However, when I took the bike in for a service my experience was very different. I asked for the gears to be tuned and the clicking that had recently begun to be stopped. I also asked for a wobble in the rear wheel to be fixed. The mechanic said no problem I will call you in 2 days when it is done. 5 days later after no call I went in. I was told all work was complete. Today when i cycled I still had the clicking front cluster and wobbling back wheel. Very poor service.
