Graham has been kind enough to log me on here as I asked him to. I just have to have my say before I fly back out again today. As my wife and I have been transferred overseas and had a time limit to fix our house up, then sell it, as time was of the essence to us. Two days ago I flew in from the USA and today I am flying out to South Africa and have had Graham doing external and internal building work including renovations to the kitchen area before our new kitchen was installed on my house in Greenhithe Road, Auckland for over three weeks. My wife was getting fed up with trades people as she had contacted over seven trades people who said they would call and quote our job and just never turned up or rang back to say they were too busy. (There is a name for them) We not only found this frustrating but very time consuming having to wait around for trades people that didn’t show. We were desperate when we contacted Graham and he turned up on time to quote, when he said and started and finished on time. We thought his quote was dear, but as we hadn’t had any other quotes we went with him as we were running out of time and patience, and today I can say that he is cheap when we consider that the time and frustration that we had to contend with other trades people. Nothing was to much trouble, he organised all the other trades people, Plumber, Electrician, Floor Sanding, Carpet Layer, Vinyl Layer, Jumbo Bin for rubbish, Painters, the kitchen went in on time, we got a sale on the house and the container arrived for our furniture. Graham put it all together for us, where the others let us down badly, how good was that and all my wife had to do is pack and order the Taxi. As far as I am concerned, Graham went beyond and above his building trade. Everything he has done is professional from getting us to sign a contract before he started, discussing how the job would run from starting to finishing as well as payments. He has on his Business Card “One Stop Shop” well he is and I can only recommend him to you. It’s true that you only get what you pay for in life. I must go as I am late for my flight to SA. I am only to happy to have been able to make this recommendation even if it is in a hurry, as I know that trying to find a trades person who is committed and accountable is very hard to find in New Zealand as all the good ones have gone to Australia.
