We had been trying to make contact for nearly a month with no avail, Over the last three weeks we have rang no fewer than a dozen times with no answer, left at least three voice messages and three emails with no reply. It wasn't until the company owner was tracked down and called on their home phone that a responce was acquired, A very guilty suprised sounding voice answered. Was told it had been sent & given a tracking number. Courier company had no record of the tracking number. I feel had I not contacted the owner on their home telephone number I believe we still would not have had any success. Absolutely unexcusable customer service in this day and age. Money was taken for order instantly. Do NOT order from this company, take your business elsewhere. You will be putting money down the drain ordering from this disgrace of a kiwi company.
