I have conducted business with this company and they are fantasic. The company appears to me to be sol well run which results in very happy staff. I dealt personally with the Napier branch and they left a very positive impression on me.

Great team, was in a rush for a security intercom kit as my electrician had wrong one, Gatehouse Security Group managed to supply me the correct one and get it to me overnight to Queenstown, life savers! Good work guys & look forward to next time. Terry

Over 4 years of being a rental manager in the local area, I could not fault Local Locksmiths professionalism and trustworthyness. As a rental manager it is important to have prompt and reliable service as you have lots of unexpected events that you cannot plan for, and I found that Tony went out of his way to make sure that I had happy tenants. My property was burgled at the beggining of this month and along with other things they took my car keys, but not the car. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover this so I had to replace the keys and transponder chip at my own cost. After calling a number of different locksmiths, this company was the only one that bothered to explain the mechanics of what I was asking them to do to explain where my money was going, arranged cutting new keys, re-chipping my vehicle and also creating a new master key and spare key. The level of work that needed to be done during my contact with them changed by the day, but the original price he quoted me didn't. For the amount of work he put in I would say it was MORE than reasonably priced. I'm more than impressed with this company and will definitely be recommending them to others.
