Recently I purchased a new cell phone from Noelleeming in their Wairau park store. 2 months later the phone randomly started freezing. We took it back to Noelleeming with them to only look straight over the problem and automatically intend to have it sent off. So I said that would be fine. They then said that their will be a $55.00 bond to pay. This where it all went downhill. As the phone was only 2 months old, the warranty lasted for 12 months and the phone had been treated very well this so called "bond" seemed ridiculous! We then spoke to the manager who told us the same thing. There was no other solution to this problem. So I snatched the phone out of the managers hand and stormed out (after causing a little argument in the store). I then called Samsung (the brand of the phone) who gave us a customer care address in Albany who said they could take it in there and fix it there. 3 days later I get a txt from samsung saying the phone is ready to be picked up and it is all fixed WITHOUT A CHARGE!!! Moral: DO NOT BY FROM NOELLEEMING AS THEY CHARGE TO HAVE THEIR GOODS TO BE SENT AWAY TO BE FIXED!!!!!
