I've found Living and Giving to stock some beautiful items and I often shop there for gifts, home etc. However, the last few times I have been into the shop I have not been greeted at all by the staff there. I have found that even if the shop is almost empty, there are often staff members chatting behind the counter with the customers being ignored. Not only is it polite to acknowledge a customer when they walk into a shop, but this can also deter shoplifters. I have found this disappointing and I am now beginning to look for similar items elsewhere.
