When you look at what they exclude in their inspection reports it's really pointless having them visit. The visual report amounts to what you could do yourself with a check list. After the inspection I have had to replace the piles that fell apart in my hands, had to rewire and repair 4 leaks in the roof. I would recommend either getting a full structural,plumbing, electrical report that they are liable for, or if you don't wish to pay for this, get a builder to walk thru.
