We were originally going to build with a competitor house building company (Jennian Homes), but it was the start of the recession, and wanting to get the best value for money, we thought it was prudent to have a look at another option. We visited DW Home's show home in Waiuku and were impressed with its quality and layout. We had our own plans and proceeded down the path of getting it priced up. Right from the start DW Homes were very professional and easy to deal with. They were quick to get back with estimates and we were impressed that the owner Damian was so involved, he showed us work in progress homes and completed houses to show us how our house would be built. We made the decision to build with DW and have absolutely no regrets. The house was finished ahead of schedule and slightly under the initial budget. It was important to us that the house come in on budget and that the contract we signed was fixed. We have been in our house now 10 weeks and absolutely love it. We have had so many positive comments from friends, neighbours and complete strangers. I would have no hesitation recommending DW to anyone wanting to build a home. Thank you, Melanie & Jon Kyle

I have recently used Hamid and his team to totally rebuild the stairs and landing to an old Villa. The guys were very professional and did a brilliant job. I have no trouble using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone doing renovations. Abe Mussa.

Concept Decks and Fences have done an excellent job at our school under atrocious weather conditions completing the new decking on time and within budget. Their standard of workmanship is very high with unusual attention to detail and quality of finish. I have no hesitation in recommending them for building work.
