I left my dog in the care of Pets haven for 4 weeks when i was away overseas,I was very distressed when i got my boy home to realize how much weight he had lost,his coat looked dull.my friend also an animal technician had popped in to see me about half hour of coming home with my dog and was giving him a pat and also noted to me how much weight he had lost(her comment oh Jean he has lost alot of weight!!).I rang the owners the next day,found the women owner to be extremely rude!They said he was fed 2x daily but there is NO WAY he was fed enough I can feel his bones.Very dissapointed with Pets haven and will never take my boy there again!(there comment well try somewhere else!)
