The most important things at the end of a job is value for money and a great result. The most important thing at the beginning of a job is reliability. Phillip and Michael from Aquabatics have provided me (and my parents when they find out about the surprise) with all of the above. They were reliable exactly where it counted the most; o Communications were excellent as they managed both my expectations and my time o They quoted within 2 days of my call & started the job within 3 days of our acceptance of the quote o Did a fantastic job addressing all areas we had discussed... and finally o Informed me that it would be best for both lasting results and value for money that they delay application of the anti-moss/mould treatment until the weather was better - before I needed to ask. There was no messy residue on the house, anything moved was left in a tidy fashion and I've saved their number into my phone for next time. These guys have done a fabulous job and set a great example for New Zealand businesses to aspire to.
