We have used 4 Corners Property a couple of times for work on our rental property (replacing weatherboards/painting/finishing wooden door and varnishing it). Their building quote came in at considerably less than another builder's quote and we found their work to be timely and well done. They even took photos of the finished work and emailed then to me (because I live abroad and couldn't see the finished work). Their communication via email is most helpful when you live abroad. I would happily use them again. My only suggestion would be that they adopt the facility to accept creditcard payments online (or via email), this is most helpful for overseas property owners such as myself and I often chose businesses based on this one reason.
