Have been a regular customer here for three years. Unfortunately there standards have dropped. There is poor communication between the vehicle checker and the client. I had a list of things that needed to be done to get a WOF and I asked what they mean. The man was very blunt and rude and seemed like he could not be bothered offering any time to show some customer service. He just said "take it to a mechanic", asked what some of the faults mean, and was very unwilling. So I took it to the mechanic and got a distressing call. Unfortunately they had missed out a vital problem with my truck. The rear break disk was so worn that it could have caused a serious accident. And to the mechanics amazement they had missed it! They showed me the break disk and there was only about 0.5mm left. So I got it all fixed, took it back to AA and passed. Emailed through to AA customer services to let them know about what happened. And asked if they could please call me to discuss. But they didnt even email or call me back. Given the life threatening fault that had been missed. Because of this I have scored them a 1/5. I have been a regular customer for 3 years. But this is the last time I will go back here. Very unfortunate. The star is for the ladies working behind the desk. They are very polite.
