Very poor service, very slack. Always made me to go to their office when prior arrangements had been made, then they never turned up when an appointment was made. Didn't keep up with paperwork. They kept on charging extra for unpaid rent when I notified them more than once of the change of bank account. And after I ended the tenancy agreement they still contacted me about payments as if I live there. Not quality at all. I hope they read this and take notice because they put a lot of unfair stress on me and I will never go with them again.

Absolutely terrible experience with them. I will never deal with any member of this company ever again. I had to chase the agent down for 2 weeks just to arrange a viewing for a property that I desperately wanted. They never got back to me to confirm the viewing time as was promised - and then on the day the agent showed up 30 mins late with no warning. We had to text said agent again to find out where she was. The tour of the property was quick and unprofessional - bringing your child with you is not a good look, nor is being late. Then telling us we have the property - then we don't - then we do - then we don't! None of our questions were given straight answers and the information we did receive was minimal. We felt messed around and that we were portrayed in a bad light to the landlords. In the end we just walked away.
