They provided a comprehensive service to help us get our product from a concept through to market. The staff were great, providing lots of ideas and feedback to help us develop the product. They have a fantastic range of contacts in their extensive network. There was almost nothing they couldn’t do or find out, most impressive. The prototypes and pre-production parts they provided were excellent. They also arranged tooling and production parts for us as a seamless part of the service. The price they charged seemed high at first, but looking back now I think we got great value for money. We had to change the way we thought about how we progressed from concept to production and that caused us some problems, but they were our problems not IPS’s. Bob was there to help us when we needed it and gave freely of his time and insight when we asked for it. We believe we would never have produced such an advanced and well developed product as we did without their services. This has probably contributed to the success we have enjoyed to this point. If we develop other products, and we probably will, we will defiantly be using this company again. They were sometimes a bit slow delivering results according to the schedule we had. Sometimes this was due to circumstances beyond their control, sometimes it was. Probably what was more important in the end was the end result – which was fantastic.
