We chose Aces because they specialized in Ants and Cockroaches and the 6 month guarantee was the best we had seen. Owen arrived right on time, listened carefully while I described our problems and did a thorough search of the inside and outside of our home before discussing a solution. He's very knowledgeable about insects and understands the distinct habits of different breeds. I learned so much from listening to him! He treated the inside and outside of our home, paying particular attention to 'hotspots' such as around fridge/ dishwasher and nests outside. True to his word, when I discovered that a few tenacious ants had begun to return a few weeks later, I phoned Owen. He came back and retreated our home free of charge with a different product. We have been ant and cockroach free for 3 weeks and counting. Highly recommend this personable, prompt, and professional service.
