Mona's is an excellent business with great service and friendly staff. So far they haven't done anything I was unhappy with, except for a brazillian that missed quite a few hairs once (that's why the 4.5 out of 5) I highly recommend her eyebrow threading, she's fast, painless and has great results! Well done Mona.

I generally don't like going to hairdressers. Why, because I don't follow trends and I don't know what to do with my long hair. I tend to take the easy option of just having a trim but occassionally I get so bored that I just tell the hairdresser to do something great. This more often than not results in the expectation of looking fabulous but ends in a disappointing fizz and I never go back. I've had one hairdresser that did her thing and made me go wow. I left feeling a 'million bucks'. I can now add Amanda Baker Hair & Makeup to the wow list. I went in with low expectations, told the hairdresser Tracey to do something and left with a wow, feeling for the second time in my life like a 'million bucks'. I've had a second cut with them, totally different again but also a wow. At last I have found a salon with hairdressers who can look at you and instantly know what to do that will make you look the best. They're a fun progressive salon with some inspirational hairdressers catering to a wide range of clients from trendy young men through to older women without hesitation. I would highly recommend you try them out and hopefully you will experience the wow factor to.

Dear Ronita, I would like to share with all of your clients and the people who don't know nothing yet about your amazing skill.. "Ronita is the best person to see if you want your eyebrow shaped in the way that you would look your best. I have damaged my eyebrows myself by trying to do the job myself, however I thought that by going to a beauty place a skilled specialist will fix the damage and make my eyebrows look great again. So I chose a well known place in Mt. Eden vilage, quite pricey, but I thought everyone goes there so they would help me...Well the beauty specialist there said to me: "I can't help you you have damaged your brows permanently, they are not going to grow back, so you would just have to use the eyebrow colour/shade to make them look normal." I was devastated. thinking that I would never ever have my brows back. Hope was still there and then I met Ronita. It took her about three sittings and I had my perfect eyebrows back, actually looking the best they ever looked. Ronita helped me and changed the overall look of my face with her perfect eyebrows.
