yes i to have been a pie consumer for 25+years. and i totaly agree that in the earlier years pies were very nice so nice and meaty that you new what your favourate lables where, such as Big ben irvines, makatu pies, pams;and alot of other brands i have tryed and dread, till i started playing golf.and the club i played at sold only oxford pies and becouse of that i had no options but to eat and try an oxford pie, so when my husband became club secretary and treasurer. he only ordered in oxford pies the fillings were great they never have fatty blobs in the steak pie. were most other pies did, other top brands be came so tangy in taste .as well as pies not been filled properly. so good on you oxford you have brought the good old traditional taste back to my family taste buds. and now that i live in australia i tryed there pies and i have to say i dont eat there pies here again. i wait until i go back to Hamilton and have my oxford pie love them. keep it up oxford . =
