I treat all my vehicles with slick 50 and have done for 34 years. one time an old rover 90 I had ran for 3 day with NO oil, and did no damage. another time I drove a Porsche 944( It was Sunday and I had to make it to the ferry) with no water in it for 3 hours, until the head gasket blew out because it turned to charcoal. no seizing though. it only stopped because of no compression. Richard is great to deal with too.
