I normally do not write bad reveiew on business but today what I experienced was really bad and sad. I bought a pair of shoes couple of day ago and wear the shoe on carpet for a few hours and it quickly become was very uncomfortable and causing pain to my leg. even wearing high heels I do not get this sharp pain. Therfore, I decided to go back to this shop and ask for exchange for other comfortable shoes. I was also happy to pay any required extra for exchange. This shoes were only worn for few hours on carpet so it was still brand new. It was sad that when I went to the shop and explained to the young girl and she went to talk to the manager. Few minute later the young girl came and said up front that we can not do anything. The way of saying was bit harsh. If she had apologigies and explain the policy it would have been different. It was sad that I received this kind of service. Therfore, the service to be considered as very bad and I certainly will not go back to this shop again. now I feel I have spent hard earned money for bad serice and for something that is going to give me pain if I wear it again.I recommend others to be careful with this kind of situation. I am very unhappy and dissapointed with the service I received and never expected it. In situatioin I will also not recommend any one to go there.
