Drainage in New Zealand

On 13th August 2009 I phoned Abbots Drainage regarding an urgent job to unblock sewer drains at our dog shelter in Pukekohe. Brooke from your customer services was able to organise a contractor on site within half an hour. I met the contractor on site at the job. He was very helpful and able to make suggestions on how we could fix the problem. He returned the following day to undertake CCTV camera work, it was discovered that dog hair from the shelter and hay had blocked our sewer line. The blockage was cleared successfully. I would just like to thank all of the staff at your business for their professionalism and courteous manner and commend you all on doing such a great job. Could you please pass this message onto Brooke at the office and the contractor on site that day (I can’t remember his name). This problem had been ongoing for over a month and other contractors were unable to locate and fix it for me. Regards, Alison

Very professional. Had an emergency on a Sunday (it always happens on Sunday) and they came around within a couple of hours, sorted out the immediate issue and made some good recommendations. Later in the the week, they replaced the gib for us and installed new plumbing, all for the expected price. All done within three days and very professionally throughout.
