I have been trying to interest Mr Eccles in viewing my collection of tradesmens' tokens for 4 weeks now. I have phoned numerous times, I visited his office when he assured me he would be there and he wasn't there. This was a wasted one-hour trip from the North Shore, plus paying for parking. Each time I phone he says he **might** be there later, but won't confirm it. I have left phone messages with his wife asking him to contact me - nothing results. My time has been wasted on this for weeks. If he genuinely isn't interested in assessing and offering to purchase a collection he should just be honest and upfront and say so, instead of stringing me along. I find his whole operation very unprofessional and if he isn't able to meet new clients or be honest and say 'no - I don't want to look at your coins' he really shouldn't be in business. If you are reading this and have coins/banknotes etc to sell I would go elsewhere - he really is impossible to deal with.
