I had some full-length dresses that belonged to my mother who is terminally ill and I had decided to get them cut shorter so I could wear them. They were massacred by this place. One was left with a hole in the front, one was sewn to the wrong length & unevenly stitched, another light coloured dress had dirty marks (permanent it seems) all over it and the last was cut to the wrong length so even though the original hem was over an inch in size, it had to be made into a small hem which ruined the style of the skirt and was the WORST stitching I have ever seen. This could have been resolved, however, the owner has absolutely no concept of customer service and she is disgusting to deal with. She denied everything, gave no apology and refused any refund saying she would "fix it" - though by the end of it there was no improvement. She has a major attitude problem and whatever she claims her credentials are, she has done the worst work I have ever seen.

Love, love this store. I took a friend there and she said, "I'll wait for you outside." She found it overwhelming. I say, it is an Aladdin's Cave of treasures. I don't sew or quilt, but I want to when I go to a store like this. I DO knit and crochet, and this is the best place to find unique trim to apply to knitted garments. Whatever your craft is, you are sure to find inspiration here. Fabrics and trims, masks, goat hide, you name it. I can't imagine how they keep track of their inventory.
