I called this guy to genuinely enquire about the best products to use in a certain situation as I was potentially going to buy from them. From the info he told me appeared to be different from other information I was given, so I was calmly trying to establish the difference so I understood properly. He was getting frustrated at me asking questions! He clearly stated he was sick of dealing with novices and dickheads, and people getting it wrong all the time and that I was getting pretty close to being a dickhead! (yes the latter is pretty much for for word!). Customers are entitled to investigate products for themselves to ensure that tradesman are not using inferior products on an expensive build. This owner thinks we should just leave it to the experts and take their word for it! This owner clearly only wants to deal with tradespeople and not the general public, and he rudely announced he was sick of my questions and hung up! Its not like I asked many, it total it was under a 5 minute conversation, and I was trying to establish an answer on one question! I recommend they watch Fair Go to understand that not all tradespeople are equal and customers can and do get ripped off.
