The brushes in my Nissan Mistral ventilation blower motor had worn out. For less than the cost of a secondhand blower motor, ICB fashioned replacements. I sent my brush carrier with old brushes off last Friday. The newly crafted brushes with fly leads and reattached original connector spades arrived Tuesday morning. I could not be more delighted with Independent Carbon Brush,, and recommend electrical trades people consider using ICB to provide brushes to recondition motors, especially when OEM parts are unobtainable.
