I've been so pleased with Jae Services. Knowledgable, good-humoured and efficient staff were not just a personality trait of one or two individuals, but it seemed to be an inherent culture within their organisation, because that was the customer service style of all 5 staff members I've dealt with so far (thanks Dennis, Cuba, Andrew, Fritz & Barbara.) (This was the Jae Services Central/East South branch). I was so impressed to see a service organisation being so organised and efficient, as well as being personable and friendly in their approach. (Jae dried carpet for us, after an insurance claim for a flood in our home.) 21 Jan 2011.

7th August 2008 We have commissioned JAG kitchens to design and build kitchens for the last 14 homes we have built, and it has certainly been a pleasure. Their friendliness, willingness,vast knowledge and craftmanship is 100%. Nothing is ever a problem. JAG Kitchens have just completed and installed our kitchen (granite tops/lacquered cabinetry), walk in pantry, laundry, computer nook and vanities (oak) for our showhome, and we have received excellent feedback with regard to the design and quality. We can't thank Paul, Anna and the boys at Smith & Sons enough for making this whole move possible for us. Paul and the boys were with us every step of the way making our dreams and visions become a reality. A simple fitout in the newly constructed part of the original structure merged into something completely different in practice. We realised that there were things that worked on paper but as soon as we physically saw things we learnt that they would not work for the business in the long run. Smith & Sons Ashburton was right behind us all the way and made sure that everything we needed changed was done so to a very high standard. The input that Paul and the team gave us and suggestions for improvement in making the changes needed was invaluable and we would not have this brilliant structure to work out of today if it was not for them and their commitment to the build. It is a wonderful place to work from and we are extremely proud to have such great creators construct it and bring our vision to reality.
