We had heard so much about this place. We had to check it out.Being a keen rugby follower we got the best seat in the house right by the fireplace on a very cosy saturday night. And a great result - Go the ABs - food/drink and service was lovely. Such a fun happy place to be. We will be back

Lovely dining experience. We have enjoyed both their lunch and dinner menus. Great food, well presented. One of the best resaurants we have been to in Auckland.

They recently did the catering for our Diwali event and the food was fantastic.

Have been here several times for dinner and every time we have been extremely happy with the food, service and atmosphere. The food is quick to come out and very very tasty. the service is always good, the staff make sure you are ok, have enough to drink and always check how the meals are. would definately recommend everyone try this place if you like mexican!!

Great friendly service. Was a Thursday night during the RWC, busy pub but quick prompt service on both drinks at the bar and meals(Stone Grill, one Flintstone, one mixed grill. Outside area heaters could be warmer! But this is our own choice for going out there! Would happily go back again for dining, or just a quiet drink.

Randomly chose to eat here after browsing up and down the wharf, and it turned out to be a great choice. There was something on the menu to accomodate everyone's tastes (5 of us), and when the food arrived it was delicious (so good, half of mine was "sampled" by the rest of the table). We were warned that one of our meals takes a bit of extra time to cook, and was that ok, drinks were offered politely, not pushy, steak and tuna was cooked perfectly. Portions were just enough to be filling and satisfying, and reasonably priced. Even so, we still had dessert, and it was definetly worth the groaning waistlines afterwards. Staff were friendly and smiling, cozy atmosphere once the sun had gone down and the doors were shut up, but lovely and airy beforehand. It's always nice to be on the recieving end of good food and service when you work in hospo yourself, so thankyou to the team at Buffalo, you were great and we will be back.
