The balcony has full sun most of the day, and is a great place to relax. Great atmosphere and met many travellers there. Small internet cafe onsite as well, free bikes for hire, luggage storage, and plenty of activities to do! They also can help with work in kiwifruit, or around the city. Games and dinner nights if you are keen, and also a comfy tv lounge area... The place to stay in Tauranga (and only a short bus ride to Mount Maunganui!).
