Quim Silva, the owner of Coolcars in Auckland city, just off gt North Rd, is so helpful and considers the client needs and situation. He gives a fair service and takes personal care to do a quality job. He fitted an air-conditioning to my car, which involved making some parts in his workshop as my car is a classic and does not come with a ready made air-conditioning unit. I am thrilled with the result.

I've asked Gerryat Dynatrans to service the automatic transmission on two cars in the past year (2010), and he offers a brilliant service. The first car required quite substantial repairs, and he did an amazing job for a great price relative to the bigger competitors. The second car was already running a treat but needed the service due to mileage, and the instant I got the car back I could hear that it was quieter and the gear changes are now super smooth.

Highly Recommended. Saved me a lot of grief on my BMW. I've tried the dodgy places like midas, pitstop who made my car worse than before (it was shaky when I was stopped) and then I started going to the dealers and spent thousands, (but at least it was 75% fixed). The next time I needed a repair I went to the dealers who quoted $800 for some sensor to be replaced. I couldnt afford this. Thankfully someone suggested I try Autoclinic, so I did. Autoclinic fixed my problem quickly and cost effectivey for $440 (nearly half the dealership costs using the same new genuine parts!). The nice suprise, was my original unrelated shakey engine problem was fixed by them inclusive in this price (it was caused by a 60 dollar air pipe with a crack in it - I know because they showed me!). The same shakey problem that the dealers said couldnt be improved further. I highly recommend both on price and quality, that others try autoclinic and save the stress other places cause you. The loan car was a nice touch, and they didnt charge me for it!

Adrian obviously knows his game... He gave me an honest opinion about what needed doing... explained the options available and left the decision on which way to go, up to me.... I'll definitely be using these guys again

First time I have used cartune to fix my truck. The customer service was fantastic, excellent communication, the work was done at a very high standard and even spotted a huge problem which another WOF agent missed! price was very good and informed me of every charge. Great place, will be going back here in the future. Thanks!

Professional, efficient, good value & went the extra mile.. issuing a WOF which meant I didn't have to return to a Vehicle Testing Station. Keep me up to speed & explained the process. Cheers Guys!
