I think that the customer service is quite spectacular at Hollywood Fish Farm, especially the Albany branch. Their advice is usually spot on, and they ask the appropriate questions to get to the root of any issue. Obviously they are still in business so perhaps they did improve their "attitude and way of thinking", not that they needed to. Don't be put off by a reviewer who mentions the name of a competitor business more times than this business, and doesn't even get this businesses name correct. In fact go to another chain store, and then come back to Hollywood Fish Farm just to see what excellent customer service really is, not to mention the range of products and the very reasonable prices.
