This is without doubt THE WORST airline I have ever had to deal with and I havent even got on the plane yet. Trying to get through to customer services is a joke and when you do, you can hardly hear what they are saying which bearing in mind they are speaking Malay-glish makes it nigh on impossible to communicate. When I have managed to get beyond those problems I have found myself being cut off and having to start the phone call lottery from the beginning again. Several months later I am still stuck with my same booking issue plus a new one I need to resolve. The Auckland and freephone numbers just go through to Malaysia so no joy there. If I could afford it, I'd throw the tickets in the bin and go with a real airline. WORD OF WARNING: If you are desperate and absolutely have to use this airline, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book on the internet without creating a login first and using that to make the booking. At least that way you will be able to manage some aspects of the booking yourself.
