I wouldn't let Pennington's service my motor mower let alone a car!!! They pretty much stuffed my engine after a service, which they never cleaned the air filter, chucked in wrong oil and a week later the engine blew up. Cut a long story short they didn't want a bar of it, and the owner Max Pennington, tried to blame me saying I sabotaged my own engine to get a rebuild!! I have also meet people and spoken to other car owners who feel they same about this business. To this day I do not know how they remain the sole Holden franchise in New Plymouth. If you really car for your car , take it elsewhere.
