I had a hair colour put in my hair, roots and a few foils put in the top. Caroline then combed the foils through the rest of my hair, I have very blond hair on top now and very dry hair. I had another hairdresser look at my hair, who says the foils were overproccessed and bleed into the roots, it is really dry. I paid full price. and have since found out that the owner of this salon who did my hair is only in the 2nd year of her apprenticeship, when confronted about it she says that is not true. So what is the truth. She says my hair is okay and that is as far as I can get. But the customer has to be satisfied and I'm not.
