On 13th August 2009 I phoned Abbots Drainage regarding an urgent job to unblock sewer drains at our dog shelter in Pukekohe. Brooke from your customer services was able to organise a contractor on site within half an hour. I met the contractor on site at the job. He was very helpful and able to make suggestions on how we could fix the problem. He returned the following day to undertake CCTV camera work, it was discovered that dog hair from the shelter and hay had blocked our sewer line. The blockage was cleared successfully. I would just like to thank all of the staff at your business for their professionalism and courteous manner and commend you all on doing such a great job. Could you please pass this message onto Brooke at the office and the contractor on site that day (I can’t remember his name). This problem had been ongoing for over a month and other contractors were unable to locate and fix it for me. Regards, Alison

I shifted house from the North Shore to Pakuranga recently. I had contemplated hiring a truck and doing the job on my own, but from the time Damien answered the phone I knew I had made the right choice. Damien quoted me a very fair price and took all the hassle out of moving house. He and his helper were punctual, efficient and careful. I had lasik (eye laser) surgery here recently with Dr Morris. The service and staff were excellent and the procedure was simple and easy. No more glasses or contacts!

I would highly recommend Arthur Holmes as a company - just used them for some roller perfume bottles and found them so professional, courteous and prompt with all correspondence and service - could not fault them in any way! They are possibly one of the best NZ companies I have come across. Excellent service - if I could rate them higher than a 5 star, I certainly would. Thanks Arthur Holmes - you are amazing!!!!
