A couple of days before Valentines Day, I called into this florist to arrange an order to be sent to my wife. On Valentines Day, no flowers turned up. I called them the next day to enquire as to what had happened and while they thought I was on-hold, the spoke about the 'flowers that had been delivered to the wrong house' and spoke about what excuse to give me. When they came back on the phone they said they would look into it and email me. I received no email from them so I called them again today (18th Feb) and they had no interest in the fact that they hadn't replied to me or that my flowers weren't delivered and they did not even offer an apology. This is terrible service from a florist and I definitely won't be using them again!
