Telecom Bayfair is a fantastic store where customer service skills are of a very high standard. They have really looked after me as a new customer on the XT Network and have gone the extra mile to make sure that things are as they should be. One staff member who deserves to be mentioned is Michael who has had to do alot of phoning around to try and sort my situation out for me - he has done a fantastic job and due to his good work my situation has now been successfully resolved.
