The customer service at this outlet needs some work. Bought an out of stock appliance at the start of the month. Had to call them several times (after waiting two weeks) to find out if the appliance had arrived. The last phone call made, the customer service rep said they will return the call immediately to update us on the status of the appliance; no call was returned. Finally went to the store to inquire, and the appliance had arrived two days prior, without anyone ringing us to let us know. And the sales person who served us was unapologetic and very curt. Made it seem that our previous inquiries, and our purchase were our fault. Very disappointing.
