I recently took my dog and cat to this hotel. Not only were the recpetion staff rude, it was like they were doing me a favour by letting me look. but it turns out it is owned by chinese people. not that I am racist but I explicity asked if the owners and staff were kiwi, and was told yes. Anyway so I turned up to pick the dog and cat up ( wifey dropped animals off) and the kennels themselves stunk of urine, there are old urine stains in recepetion, reception itself stunk of cat poo. Two of the orange cats in the cat cages had gunk in their eyes, and just didnt look well. I got to the kennels and there was poo everywhere, on the bed, on the couch, on the floor, outside - it literally was everywhere. There were flies every where, holes in the walls and the noise - oh my the noise - the animals were going crazy, possilby because they were all locked up in little beds. I would not recommend this place to anyone, my cat came home with cat flu and both cat and dog had fleas! and were only there for 4 days!
