I would never shop at this Bond and Bond store ever again. Staff are surly and rude and lack knowledge of the products. Recently I had to order in a part for my laundry. Despite being advised it would take 10 days to arrive, it took over 4 weeks and was the wrong part. Had to wait a further week for my refund despite paying by credit card. I know these things happen, however each time I spoke to a member of staff to try and find out the latest status I was gruffly told that they would ring me when they knew. Which they didn't. At one point a staff member took my receipt and threw it down on the counter at me, he would not look me in the eye or answer any of my questions. Instead he would only talk to his co-worker. Behaviour I would expect from teenagers, not so called customer service professionals. Went to an independant appliance store in Lower Hutt, they had the correct part to me in under 24 hours.
