Clothing in Stratford

OK - trying to be constructive here, but it's difficult when I have been to this store twice, and not one person (two usually working) said hello to me or offered to help. In my visit today, the sales people sat behind the counter whispering and giggling like 14 year old girls - but were in their mid 40's. The merchandise selection was "Made In China" junk, and I coughed at one price of $180 for the same such merchandise. I have not had a good experience in this store once, and I think whomever owns it would have a better business if they focused on giving customers attention when they walk through the door. They may not have the best quality merchandise, but it can amaze you what a smile and friendly "Hello can I help you?" can do for a place. I realize Stratford has this in their blood anyway (the lack of customer service) - so it is a cultural thing. What the lesson to be learned here is that people will come back if the experience is good, but will tell MORE people if the experience is awful.
