Awesome! I have just picked up my 10 yr old dog after major surgery and want to thank the team for their good work. This is the first time I have been there after changing vets. They were all very happy and courteous and made sure that I and my dog were made to feel welcome. The service was excellent and everything was explained to me (including all associated risks with surgery)in clear plain language. Thankfully the operation went well and her stay was short but I was assured that if she were to stay in for any length of time my dog would be well cared for and that I would be allowed to visit her during that time. The building was very clean and well maintained, the staff were excellent and it was easy to see that they were all very animal friendly, addressing my dog by name and putting her at ease. After the surgery the assisant Elan explained all the details to me and reccomended things that I could do to help with my dogs speedy recovery ensuring that I was happy with the service and answering any further questions I had. I couldn't have wished for better. I'm really happy with the service and the team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet in the area. What an awesome vet! She has such understanding for your animal and choices that need to be made. She travels with you in your journey to assist your animals. Advise is given in such a way that it is easy to understand, and when we had to put our cat down the tenderness and respect that she showed our dear Simta was beautiful, her understanding of our feelings as well was above and beyond what I would have expected. I totally admire this vet and recommend the facilities that are offered. The follow up has been great. You can't go wrong with this wonderfully connected and consciously minded vet. LJ
