Alan Taylor gave worse service than I thought possible. I had asked him to do a small amount of work to set up a Hair Salon. He said that he would complete DCC consents and didnt, which I then had to complete myself costing us a two month delay. On receiving consents he then repeatedly didnt show for scheduled work, always coming up with excuses and fobbing us off. But at no point did he say that he was too busy and I should possbly contact another Plumber. When after five further weeks of being told "it will be done next week" I called him to express my anger he offered no apology and hung up on me. It is difficult to set up a small business and he has so far cost my wife and I thousands in lost income and has done the reputation of our business untold damage before we have even opened the doors. Use him at your own risk!
