I am John Ferns of 22 Grantham Close, Plymouth UK. I wrote to the Pharmacy about photographs lost in processing & asking if they could be recovered. I asked for a reply - Yes or No. Nothing has come either way. There was about 150 irreplaceable pics. Only one was on the disc. I would like to know. I wrote in December.
