August 2008 I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Brookdale Kennels, they were just fabulous. We were going overseas for 34 days and were in a quandary as to what boarding kennels we would use (we had an unsatisfactory experience with another kennel) so I spoke with a work colleague of mine, knowing how particular she is with her dog, she told me to give Jack a call. After having a very informative conversation with Rachael, one of Jack’s staff, I booked our ‘baby’ in for a ‘doggy sleepover’ translated - she was book in on the Saturday morning and picked up on the Sunday morning. This was so she could be introduced to Jack, his team and her accommodation. We were more than happy with the facility, Jack is so accommodating and happy to go over any queries or concerns you may have, his staff are just great, which made us feel completely at ease leaving Suede for so long. She was so excited to see Jack when we took her back for her long stay, which said it all really. We had a relaxed holiday, Suede had a ball and looked great, thanks to Jack and his team.
