Worst customer service ever. Spoke to a guy called Lee who hung up on me twice and told me he didn't want my business, all because he refused to rent me a car for one day (despite being told earlier by someone else there that it would be no problem). I asked what his minimum rental period was, and suggested he offer to rent a car for two days instead, but he got abusive about me criticising his customer service... I suggest you check with one of their competitors - better service, better price, no drama.
