I recently completed lessons with this school and while I have no issue with the teaching ability of the instructor I had, (I passed my test pretty much after starting driving from scratch), I feel I should point out the few issues I did have. Twice the instructor did not turn up (and did not even call to let me know) which I found very unprofessional and then came up with some very lame excuses (and for various reasons I think were complete bull) when I connacted him. Also, while the lesson took place the instructor was alllways on the phone..while I'm sure he had the ability to teach/talk/text I find it pretty unacceptable. The last thing: I get that people get tired sometimes..but when the instructor is yawning/acting like they don't want to be there numerous times...it's time to get a new job. Again, no problem with teaching abilty--just need to learn a bit of professionalism.
