Meals outstanding! Service, hit and miss... We ate at the Lone Star once a week for about 5 weeks recently whilst travelling. The meals were always spectacular as they are at any Lone Star and if you get a good night so is the service. However don't ask the Manager to get you a knife and fork as he'll bring you water back and then stand there and watch a waitress take your cutlery to the wrong table and then look at you like your stupid when you get your own cutlery because your meal is getting cold! I'm sorry Invercargill, its my Home town, but your resturant service is less than average. Score is Food 9/10 Service 1/10 Making a total score of 2.5 / 5 An easy fix here....
