I have to commend Mike and the nursing team for the sensitive, supportive and caring way they assisted us when our beloved cat was diagnosed with cancer. Mike was informative and kind. They gave us options all along the way and we never felt we always felt we were able to make informed choices. When we weighed up the options and considered the quality of life and happiness for our cat, we decided to have her put down. Mike offered to come to our home to reduce her discomfort. We found it hard to make some decisions, and Mike made it easier. When I was unable to decide what to do with her body, he was again there to assist with some options and took care of the arrangements once we had chosen. We have taken our new kitten to the Massey Heights Veterinarian clinic and appreciated the depth of information and advice given and the respect and support shown for our decisions.

This is the best cattery I have ever used. Not sure my cat wanted to come home. The owners are real cat lovers, the environment is set up for play, and kept wonderfully clean. All the cats were happy and contented. Full marks. Tracey Sharp (and Rupert)
