1) Temporary Hire for the Home Show - Monday 12th September 2011 Hi, I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for your customer service. I recently did the Auckland Home Show and hired some of your plants. I had been struggling for months as to what to do in regards for plants for the show, so when I approached you guys, everything just fell into place. The lady I dealt with was so patient with me and your prices were fantastic. The only thing I regret was not getting your business cards or brochures as I had many people asking where I got my plants. In 2011 we returned from two and a half years overseas to our home in Howick, where we were immediately faced with the task of sorting out our garden full of weeds, over grown trees and expired shrubs. At first we thought that bit-by-bit we could tackle the task on our own and besides we assumed that it would be far too expensive to hire anyone to help. Pretty soon it started to dawn on us that some of the things we needed doing were more major than we had first anticipated. Due to our busy lives even the things that we were 'technically' capably of addressing were not likely to be tackled for quite a while, if ever! It was about this time that we were recommended Doug and his team at DS Trees and Landscapes. We were reassured by what we were told and gave him a call. Doug quickly provided a quote for pruning, and removal of a large number of trees and shrubs, including stump grinding. He organised subcontractors for specialist items, including arborist work on a damaged feature tree. Doug gave us one itemised quote for everything and seamlessly manages the whole project. Doug and his team provided a great professional service. Doug managed to provide solutions that delivered to our expectations and budget (He kept within it!!!) and there was the added value of him taking the time to advise us on how we could develop the garden, now that they had revealed the main structure of it. We have nothing but praise for their quality work. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbours on our garden and enquires for Dougs contact details. We would happily recommend Doug and his team from DS Trees and Landscapes to any other person looking for a good quality job with honest, friendly service and without breaking the bank! I was very happy with the quality of Cameron's work. I had a look on the website and emailed him about my job and got a reply from him by the next day. The work was on a shared driveway occupied by myself and 4 other houses and consisted of doing some excavating and clearing down each side of the driveway as well as getting rid of a hedge and stump grinding. I was very happy with the work he did and was impressed with how quickly everything was done. He didn't waste time and worked full speed all day. The end results look great and everyone is very happy with his work. I would highly recommend Cameron to anyone who needs work done around their property and wants someone who will do a great job for a great price!
