The receptionists are awful to deal with - I don't know who they think they are but they make it extremely difficult to make a suitable appointment with a doctor or a nurse. I would not recommend going to this practice based on this. It is an unpleasant experience to go through. The doctors are nice enough but they do not work full time so it is difficult to maintain continuity if you have work commitments as well.
